I read Journal With Ease! I always had difficuty with journaling, never knowing exactly what to write. This book provides a guide that includes tips and inspirational quotes. Not only am I journaling my weight journey, but have added other thoughts that seem to pop up as I am writing. I love this book. I want to read No Gain No Pain. I will read that one soon.

I like your book because it makes the reader think about themselves more consciously. Not only in terms of "what did I eat today", but "How did I feel and look?" and "What is happening around me?" And I also liked the spritual aspects. Thank you for your insightful observations in your experience.

I have always thought that our minds are capable of doing so much more. Your book, "No Gain, No Pain", teaches, in depth, how our minds, this wonderful tool we all have, can keep us on track for a healthy life style in reaching and maintaining our desired weight. I love the quotes! An excellent book to refer back to for strength and guidance.
