Forgiveness is critical for wellness of body, mind, and spirit. It is one of the most confusing concepts to understand. Forgiving does not mean that what has happened is okay. But rather, it is a form of release to a power greater than ourselves. Once the pain of the hurt is released, it is then possible to live without bitterness, anger, and resentment. We release chemical cascades of reaction to every thought. Negative emotions can ask fat cells to stay around to protect. Forgive and let go. Forgive..........for give-ing love. Forgiveness opens the door to give and receive love.






Healing Touch is one of the most profound and sacred experiences. This experience has taught me that we are all healers. Everyone and every age can do this. Intention is the key. Loving intention. Love is the best healer. Energy with love.






Everything happens for a reason. We should never be sorry for what has taught us how to be stronger.













Depression is a feeling of hopelessness and sadness. Depression is a spiral downword that must be revived for the sake of health and wellness. Depression causes an imbalance of chemicals in the body that promotes weight gain for the body's protection from the destructive chemicals of depression. One must exercise out the depression, listen to uplifting music, eat healthy and pray hard. One must do everything possible to change the perception of the perceived loss of a dream. Ask yourself, "What else could it be?" or "What else could it mean?"
